Please read before purchasing items..

WE DONT CHARGE FOR POSTAGE!!  IF YOU ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO LIVE IN UK WHERE WE ARE BASED OR THE WHOLE OF IRELAND THEN POSTAGE TO YOU IS ABSOLUTELY FREE. SO THE PRICE YOU SEE ON EACH PRODUCT IS THE ONLY PRICE YOU WILL PAY. If you live outside of the UK or Ireland then please see below for delivery charges.

We aim to make and post your jewellery item within 4 working days of ordering so allowing for delivery time it may take up to 7 days to get to your front door from time of ordering. This is the maximum amount of time and sometimes your order can be with you within a couple of days, however we put love into everything we do and do not rush items for that reason so if you need anything for a special occasion etc please order with plenty of time to spare.

 If we feel there is going to be a longer delay for reasons beyond our control or for running out of a part we need for your jewellery piece then we will contact you by email or phone whichever most appropriate to let you know about a delay and you can decide whether you are happy to wait for item or want a refund.

Once an item has been dispatched:

Delivery time varies in each country:
International ‘Signed For’ Delivery - 3 - 5 working days.

Please note: Orders to all countries  will only be sent by International ‘Signed For’ Delivery, to ensure delivery and insurance for lost orders. We send all parcels via Royal Mail and we can provide you with the tracking barcode number if you would like us too.

Postage to overseas (outside the UK where we are based) is £7 per parcel with an additional 20p per extra item.

This is so It can be sent international signed for and can be tracked along the way, it may be slightly more expensive overall but it ensures the parcel gets to you safe and sound, with peace of mind for ourselves and for you as the customer.

You can pay for items via Paypal OR if you do not have Paypal at checkout you can click on 'do not have a paypal account?' and it will ask you for your credit or debit card details once you have entered those and your address it will go through as a normal transaction. This means more people than ever can now shop at Trish's Treasures. We accept all major credit and debit cards on the website. We do not accept cheques or Postal orders anymore. Thank you for understanding.

We post out your orders in bubblelined envelopes to secure them as much as possible and wrap them safely in tissue and or bubblewrap and gift boxes if required. 

Most rings however will be posted in a ring box to keep them secure and non squashed!

Please note in busier periods such as Christmas and Easter your parcel may take slightly longer and as we use Royal Mail if they have any delays due to bad weather etc this will be beyond our control although we will do our very best to keep you informed throughout if we know there may be a delay. No refunds given if the item is on its way to you but gets delayed with Royal Mail itself. You will need to wait for the item to arrive with you. This rarely happens except at busier times such as Christmas.


REFUND POLICIES

Customer Satisfaction is our highest aim so if you are not entirely satisfied please let us know within 7days of recieving your parcel via our contact form/facebook message or email, and we will do our best to either fix an item if needed, offer an alternative or refund where appropriate and this will be down to what is most appropriate for the order in question.

 With our beautiful well made jewellery, it is highly unlikely and happens rarely but if a refund is wanted you will need to post items back to us within 14 days of the email stating you wanted a refund and send the jewellery back in its original packaging. Please send it signed for delivery so we definitely get it back and then we can refund you

After you have had your jewellery for over 7days (and we have not been notified that you are unhappy with your items) then no refund will be given.  We do not ever refund earrings or have them returned for hygiene reasons.

 Refunds will only be total of original invoice. No refunds for any sale items. We do not refund the cost of posting the item back to us so you will need to cover the cost of sending back items to us.  Again highly unlikely but from time to time a jump ring may become loose or a catch may need replacing/fixing. As long as you cover the postage costs and let us know before you send, we will of course be happy to fix your jewellery and send it back to you with no charge.

If you buy from overseas and you have to pay a customs charge at your end (sometimes happens for larger items so please be aware) then it will be down to you as the customer to pay any customs charges and we will not refund for this. This will be your own responsibility and not ours so be aware of this when buying. We are based in Wiltshire in the UK. Please message me if you would like our full address thank you. x

As we sometimes sell secondhand/vintage items please note as with all aged items there can be some scratches/wear and tear and it may not be as 100% perfect as a brand new modern piece.  but where possible on the item description we will list any major scratches/defaults etc and the price will also reflect if its not 100% perfect.  


Please note although We try to take photographs as best as possible, colours of beads sizes etc may vary to the photographic images you see on the website. 

We try to wrap all parcels so safely and securely but if it gets damaged in the post due to Royal Mail being heavy handed and it arrives broken it will be beyond our control and no refunds will be given. We deal with refunds though on a case by case basis so please contact us and let us see if we can help or offer an alternative course of action.
